Targets and Focus...they are close friends

That organizations have been the target of aggressive change especially over the past decade, is no myth. While some changes have been beneficial, others have unapologetically challenged the way organizations function and in the process threatened their very existence.

Irrespective of circumstance, constancy of focus and agility cannot be disregarded as top of the agenda organizational items at all levels, and across every function, if the unpredictable acts of change are to be effectively managed and progress realized.

Let’s face facts, "without focus, emphasis is often misdirected, and opportunities for progress deprived of advancement". In this environment of changing change, establishing, sharing and finding commonality with respect to institutional focus is vital…. with it, stakeholders are likely to encounter less challenges following, and more energy to support next level strategies for growth.
