Facts must be ascertained..... While formal processes for methodically identifying problems and documenting performance gaps have their place within an organization, failure to give credence to and embrace informal channels as a complimentary component of opportunity for change and process improvements is a mistake of unmistakable importance.
To improve an organization’s performance, facts must be ascertained; processes driven by fibs will only produce an illusion of improvements while covertly undermining progress and amplifying organizational problems.
