Incremental change is a masterful strategy for managing and implementing improvements. Don’t delay the fix. Fix it now! It will cost less and also reduce some stress. Think about it, most of what we do is incremental and when measured over time can bear the marks of significance, worth and long-lasting impact.
Let’s face facts, the age of rapid change is upon us. Yep, rapid modification, rapid variation, rapid transformation, rapid revolution. Unmatched by rapid and continuous improvement, the eventual result will be incremental organizational weakening, deterioration and losses. Don’t delay the fix! Continuous improvement and incessant process assessment matters!
