The strength of a system, process, organization or for that matter people, is tested in times of challenge. Some have the capacity to withstand the rigors, others don’t. In such times, focus not on the weaknesses; learn from them, but refuse to be enslaved to them. Instead with purposeful foresight weaken them with strength. hashtag
